ED Registered Nurse Job in Big Spring, TX

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department at Shannon Medical Center in Big Spring, Texas. This is a 91-day travel assignment starting September 21, 2026.

Position Details

• Specialty: Emergency Department (ED)
• Shift: 4x12 Days (48 hours per week preferred; 36 hours per week may be considered)
• Weekly Pay: $2,439
• Duration: 91 days
• Start Date: September 21, 2026

Requirements

• Active nursing license in-hand required
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI, NIHSS, NRP, PALS, TNCC
• Travel experience highly preferred
• Must live outside of 110-mile local radius
• Charting system experience preferred

You will work in a fast-paced emergency environment, collaborating with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver direct patient care. Your responsibilities include patient assessment, medication administration, wound care, patient monitoring, and documentation in the facility's electronic health record system.
