Physical Therapist Job in Oakland, CA

HealthFlex Home Health Services is hiring a Physical Therapist for a full-time home health position in the Oakland area. You'll deliver physical therapy services throughout the Greater Sacramento region, with potential for territory expansion as your caseload grows.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide direct home health physical therapy services to patients across the service area
• Prioritize and complete start-of-care visits with mandatory next-day reporting
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants on your team
• Complete clinical notes and all documentation within 48 hours of each visit
• Maintain timely communication with your supervisor, intake, and office staff during business hours
• Meet a productivity requirement of 30 points per week, with caseloads averaging 8 hours daily and 40 hours weekly

Schedule and Compensation

• Full-time, 40 hours per week on a days shift
• Weekly pay of $3,066
• 91-day assignment starting August 13, 2026
• Overtime available with Clinical Supervisor pre-approval

Training and Support

• Three-day onboarding: one in-house session and two in-the-field training days
• Documentation system: Kinnser
• Issued equipment: iPad and Verizon One Talk phone
• Mileage reimbursement from first to last patient visit each day
• Parking and toll reimbursement provided
• Company car option available

Qualifications

• Current California Physical Therapist license required
• Minimum one year of home health experience
