ED RN Job in Corpus Christi, TX

You will work as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at Doctors Regional Medical Center in Corpus Christi, Texas. This is a 13-week travel assignment running from June 29, 2026.

Assignment Details

• Shift: 3 nights per week, 12 hours each (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM)
• Weekly pay: $1,708.20
• Patient ratio: 4:1
• Duration: 91 days

Role Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of emergency department experience as an RN
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, ENPC or PALS, CPI, and TNCC
• Strong neuro and cardiac skills preferred

Typical Duties

You will perform standard emergency department procedures including STEMI management, Stroke/TPA protocols, and RSI (Rapid Sequence Intubation). You will work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment alongside a collaborative team.

Staffing Structure

Night shift includes 5–6 RNs, 1 ER Tech (11:00 AM–11:00 PM), and 1 Unit Secretary (5:00 PM–1:00 AM, Monday through Friday). Day shift staffing includes 5–7 RNs, 1 ER Tech (11:00 AM–11:00 PM), and 1 Unit Secretary (9:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday through Friday).

Dress Code

Royal blue scrubs are preferred but not required. Competitor emblems are not permitted on attire.
