Respiratory Therapist Job in Blacksburg, VA

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for a 91-day travel assignment at Lewisgale Hospital-Montgomery in Blacksburg, VA. You will work the night shift, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, on a 3x12 schedule with every other weekend required. Weekly pay is $1,930.

In this role, you will provide respiratory care across a 76-bed facility that includes a 10-bed ICU, 30-bed CMU, and 36-bed medical/surgical unit, plus the emergency department. You will operate advanced respiratory equipment including PB840 and 980 ventilators, Phillips V60s, and Hamilton c-1 units. Patient charting and records are managed through the MEDITECH documentation system.

Required qualifications:

• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Allied Health Professional degree as Respiratory Therapist

Preferred qualifications:

• PALS certification
• NRP certification
