Job Details:

• Work in the Respiratory Services department at the Main RT department (A343)
• Patient ratios range from 10 to 25 patients
• Day shift staffing includes 15-20 RRTs for adult service lines and 3-4 RRTs for NICU/Peds service lines
• Night shift staffing includes 12-16 RRTs for adult service lines and 3-4 RRTs for NICU/Peds service lines
• Varying weekends required with at least 4 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule
• Float to all critical care units and floors as needed
• Utilize equipment including GE R860 Adult vents, Draeger Infant/Peds vents, Newport HT70 transport vent, V60 Non-invasive device, Vapotherm and Comfort Flow high flow oxygen devices
• Document using Cerner EMR system
• Wear medium gray/pewter scrubs as required by dress code
• Required certifications: RRT, BLS, ACLS, PALS
• North Carolina Respiratory License required
• NRP certification preferred
