ED RN Job in Casa Grande, AZ

You'll work in the Emergency Department at Banner Casa Grande Medical Center, located at 1800 E Florence Blvd. This is a 3x12 night shift position with a duration of 89 days, starting November 9, 2026. Your weekly pay is $2,446.20.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing practice standards
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments including physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs
• Review patient history, diagnostics, and laboratory data, reporting abnormal results to physicians and appropriate caregivers
• Formulate and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with multidisciplinary team members
• Delegate and supervise activities of licensed nurses and other healthcare personnel as appropriate
• Evaluate patient and family response to care and teaching, revising plans of care as needed
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in a legible and timely manner in accordance with policy
• Provide care based on best available evidence and participate in shared leadership and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Current, valid RN license in Arizona
• BLS certification required
• Minimum one year of experience in an acute care hospital setting required, with experience in the Emergency Department within the past 12 months
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification preferred
