Job Details:

• Night shift position working 3x12-hour shifts
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• Patient ratios: 1:5 on days, 1:6 on nights, and 1:5-6 on weekends
• 2 years of experience required
• Weekend requirement: 2 shifts every other weekend; night shift can be Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday depending on current rotation
• 6 weekend shifts required per 6-week schedule
• No on-call required
• Will float within Telemetry as needed to meet facility needs
• Block scheduling is not available
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• Required skills: Interpretation of dysrhythmias, isolation precautions/PPE, management of dysrhythmias, nasal cannula, non-invasive airway management, peripheral line care/management, and telemetry
• Charting system: EPIC
• Scrub color: Navy
• Treats adult patient population
• Patient diagnoses include telemetry, telemetry stroke, and some cardiac medications
• Unit supported by unit secretary
• No parking cost
