ICU RN Job in Indianapolis, IN

You will work as an RN in a 30-bed Intensive Care Unit at Franciscan Health Indianapolis. This is a 91-day travel position beginning October 5, 2026.

Schedule and Pay

• 3x12 day shifts: 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Every other weekend required (Saturday and Sunday)
• No on-call requirements
• Weekly pay: $2,229

Role Responsibilities

You will provide direct patient care with ratios of 1:1, 1:2, or 1:3. You may float to other patient areas when the home unit is at low census. Patient populations include those with sepsis, respiratory failure, substance abuse disorders, endocrine disorders, and psychiatric disorders.

Clinical Equipment and Systems

• Alaris Pumps, Arctic Sun, Prismax, and EV 1000
• Epic EMR system
• CRRT (continuous renal replacement therapy)
• Hemodynamic monitoring devices

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
• Comprehensive assessment skills
• Care of septic patients
• Care of mechanically ventilated patients with hemodynamic monitoring
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications

Preferred Qualifications

• CRRT experience
• Epic experience

Dress Code

Navy scrubs required. Hoodies and non-facility sweatshirts are not acceptable.
