Emergency Department RN Job in Shawnee Mission, KS

You will work as a registered nurse in the Emergency Department at Shawnee Mission Medical Center. This is a 90-day travel assignment beginning November 4, 2026.

Role Overview

As an ED RN, you will provide direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting. You will assess patients, administer medications and treatments, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver timely emergency care. Your clinical judgment and communication skills will be essential in managing patient flow and responding to acute conditions.

Shift and Schedule

• 12-hour evening shifts
• 3 shifts per week
• 90-day contract

Requirements

• Current, valid RN license
• National certification required
• Meet all applicable state and federal licensure requirements

Compensation

You will earn $1,985 per week, paid on ADEX Healthcare Staffing's standard schedule. This rate is based on the shift structure and assignment duration outlined above.

Shawnee Mission Medical Center is located in Shawnee Mission, Kansas.
