Telemetry RN Job in Greensboro, NC

Cone Health - The Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for their Med-Surg Telemetry unit in Greensboro, NC. You'll work 3x12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with every other weekend required and holiday coverage as needed. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning November 9, 2026, offering $2,085 weekly.

Role Details

• Care for 6 patients per nurse on days, nights, and weekends
• Float across all facilities as needed
• Serve adult and geriatric populations with observation, respiratory, general medical/surgical, palliative, end-of-life, hospice, psychiatric observation, diabetes, and surgical diagnoses
• Provide 24-hour orientation upon arrival

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience; first-time travelers welcome
• Telemetry monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation and management
• Blood product administration
• Central line and PICC line management
• Wound care and wound vac management
• Heparin administration
• High-flow nasal cannula, BiPAP, and CPAP management
• IV placement and management
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Previous Charge RN experience preferred

Required Certifications

• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• EKG exam during onboarding (2 attempts allowed)
