Job Details:

• Seeking a Physical Therapist with Pelvic Health certification for an Outpatient Clinic setting
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Pelvic Health required
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities
• Determine diagnosis, prognosis, and necessary intervention strategies based on assessment results
• Design and modify therapeutic plans to alleviate impairments and help patients regain daily functioning
• Focus on injury and disability prevention by promoting overall health, fitness, and wellness across all age groups
• Engage in knowledge sharing with colleagues and the community, as well as contributing to physical therapy research
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records including physician orders, diagnosis, treatment plans, progress reports, attendance, and discharge summaries
• Ensure timely submission of charges for services rendered
• Must have graduated from an AMA-APTA approved school of physical therapy
• Must be a member or eligible for membership in the American Physical Therapy Association or American Registry of Physical Therapy
• Pelvic Health Certification required
• Active Colorado Physical Therapist license or permit from licensing board while awaiting licensure examination required
• Current CPR Certification required
