ED Registered Nurse Job in Baltimore, MD

Join MedStar Harbor Hospital as a Registered Nurse in our Emergency Department. This 91-day travel assignment offers 3x12-hour night shifts (12:00 AM start) at $1,938 weekly, with a start date of October 13, 2026.

Role Overview

You will provide direct patient care across our 27-bed ED, which manages 115–150 visits daily. Your patient ratio is 1:4 across all shifts and weekends. You will treat patients of all ages—neonates, infants, adolescents, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics—and be expected to perform charge and triage duties after unit orientation. Call is required every other weekend, with holiday rotation as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of emergency department experience in a comparable size and volume facility
• At least one prior travel assignment completed
• Current charge and triage experience; previous charge and preceptor experience preferred
• Maryland compact license or Maryland state license required
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS
• Preferred certifications: CPI, MAB, TNCC
