Med Surg RN Job in Nashville, TN

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced RN for a 91-day travel assignment at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, TN. You will work on a 20-bed Neuro Med/Surg unit with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 6:1.

Position Details:

• Schedule: 3x12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) per week, with 2 weekends (4 shifts) per 4-week rotation
• Weekly Pay: $1,881
• Start Date: November 16, 2026
• Duration: 91 days

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver attentive, compassionate bedside care with shift reports and family involvement in care planning
• Manage basic wound care and maintain surgical drains, nasogastric tubes, and chest tubes
• Start and maintain IVs
• Prioritize and multitask across your patient assignment
• Operate equipment including IV pumps, telemetry, SCDs, continuous pulse oximetry machines, feeding pumps, PCA devices, EKG machines, and bladder scanners
• Use iMobile communication technology and Meditech documentation system

Unit Support & Environment:

• Tech support is available on both day and night shifts
• Unit secretary coverage from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Navy scrubs required (tops and bottoms)
• Contract labor floats based on rotation when multiple contract/locum staff are scheduled

Required Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Current BLS certification
• Med/Surg nursing experience with ability to prioritize and multitask
