Telemetry RN Job in Jacksonville, NC

You will work as a Registered Nurse in the Telemetry unit at UNC Health Onslow Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville, NC. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning July 27, 2026.

Schedule and Pay

• 3x12 night shifts: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Weekends and holidays included
• No on-call requirements
• Weekly pay: $2,021.76

Clinical Responsibilities

• Care for adult patients with cardiac, diabetes, CHF, COPD, renal, general surgery, and orthopedic diagnoses
• Manage a patient ratio of 1:6
• Float to units with like or lower acuities as needed
• May be required to accept IMCU patients based on census
• Administer and titrate Insulin, Heparin, and Lasix drips
• Apply Heparin and IV insulin protocols in clinical practice

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• Current ACLS, BLS, and CPI certifications
• All certifications must be in hand at time of submission
• Proficiency with Insulin, Heparin, and Lasix drips including titration
• Experience with Heparin protocols and IV insulin protocols
• Meditech charting system experience preferred
