PCU RN Job in Plano, TX

Medical City Plano is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 91-day travel assignment in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU). You will work three 12-hour day shifts per week from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, providing direct patient care in a dynamic acute care setting.

What You'll Do:

As an RN in the PCU, you will deliver skilled nursing care to patients transitioning from intensive care or requiring close monitoring. This position is part of the facility's preparation for a Neuro PCU transition effective November 1, 2026, so you may work with patients requiring neuro assessment and monitoring.

Requirements:

• Current RN license (valid in Texas)
• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale) certification required
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts
• Travel assignment flexibility for 91 days
