Telemetry RN Job in Nashville, TN

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in Telemetry at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. This backfill opportunity runs for 91 days, beginning November 30, 2026.

Position Overview

You will work on a 34-bed medical-surgical cardiac telemetry unit, caring for patients with a 6:1 patient ratio. Your schedule consists of three twelve-hour night shifts per week (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), with a weekend requirement of four weekend shifts per schedule.

Unit Environment

The unit is staffed with a unit secretary during day shift and Patient Care Technicians on all shifts to support your workflow. Documentation is managed through the Meditech system. You will have the opportunity to float to other departments based on hospital needs, allowing you to broaden your clinical experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and monitoring on the telemetry unit
• Manage patient assessments, treatments, and documentation per hospital protocol
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including unit secretaries and PCTs
• Adhere to all Skyline Medical Center policies and guidelines
• Respond to float assignments as needed to support hospital operations

Requirements

• Current RN license
• BLS certification required
• Navy scrubs per dress code policy

Compensation

You will earn $1,918.44 per week for this assignment.
