Emergency Room RN Job in Grand Haven, MI

Trinity Health Muskegon is seeking an RN for the Emergency Room. This is a 90-day travel assignment beginning November 2, 2026.

Position Details

• Specialty: Emergency Room (ED)
• Credential: Registered Nurse (RN)
• Shift: 3x12, nights (3:00 AM – 3:30 AM)
• Schedule: Every other weekend; every other holiday
• Duration: 90 days
• Weekly Pay: $2,309

About the Role

You will deliver direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting. Your responsibilities include triaging patients, administering medications and treatments, monitoring vital signs, assisting with procedures, and communicating with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes.

What We're Looking For

You hold a current RN license and bring experience in emergency medicine or acute care. You are organized under pressure, respond quickly to changing patient needs, and work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, technicians, and support staff. Strong assessment skills and the ability to prioritize multiple patients simultaneously are essential.

Scheduling

Night shifts run 12 hours, three days per week. You will work every other weekend and every other holiday as part of the rotation. This assignment provides predictable scheduling so you can plan your time off.
