Med Surg RN Job in Denver, CO

HCA HealthONE Swedish CO is seeking an RN for their Med Surg unit on 7 North-Spine (8 Tower, main building). This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning July 20, 2026.

Position Details

• Work three 12-hour night shifts per week from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 18–20 bed unit with a patient ratio of 6:1 with LPN support
• Night shift team includes 1 charge nurse, 3 nurses, 1 LPN, and 1–2 PCTs
• Compensation: $1,840 per week

Responsibilities

• Perform wound and dressing care on post-operative burn and flap patients
• Manage patient care using Meditech EMR
• Operate equipment including Hoyer lifts, air mattresses, wound vacs, and PCA pumps
• Collaborate with unit team in a fast-paced acute care setting

Requirements

• Current RN license
• Minimum 1 year of acute care hospital Med Surg experience
• BLS certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Burn care experience
• Wound care and ostomy care experience
• ACLS certification
