Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• 12-hour shifts, day/night variable schedule
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• 13-week contract
• Every third weekend required
• Every other holiday rotation, as applicable
• Travelers may be placed on call during low census hours
• Must be willing to float to Aspirus Merrill, Wausau, Medford, and Stanley locations
• 16-bed unit with nurse-to-patient ratios of 4-5 on days, 5-6 on evenings, and 6-7 on nights
• 3 RNs on days, 3 on evenings, and 2 on nights
• Minimum 2+ years of Med Surg experience required
• Excellent assessment skills required
• Ability to read and interpret telemetry highly preferred
• Travel experience preferred
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Required certifications: WI RN license, BLS, and ACLS required and must be in hand at time of submission
• Associate Degree or Certificate required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Any color scrubs permitted
• Contractors must live outside a 50-mile radius
