Emergency Room RN Job in Myrtle Beach, SC

You will work as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room at McLeod Carolina Forest in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. This is a 90-day travel assignment beginning November 1, 2026, with 3x12-hour day shifts rotating between 7:00 AM–7:00 PM and 9:00 AM–9:00 PM schedules. You will earn $2,169 weekly.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assess patient needs through history, observation, physical examination, and analysis of diagnostic data
• Plan and provide individualized nursing care to meet holistic and age-specific patient needs
• Deliver nursing interventions consistent with the Plan of Care and standards of practice
• Conduct hourly rounds in accordance with service excellence standards
• Utilize appropriate health and safety equipment to protect both patients and staff
• Apply standard work protocols for central lines, foley catheters, pressure ulcers, ventilators, restraints, and fall-risk patients
• Serve as charge nurse when assigned, with appropriate resuscitative certification required for the patient population
• Precept novice employees to support department performance and growth
• Participate in hospital-system initiatives and Evidence Based Practice development
• Demonstrate continued professional growth through goal setting and educational participation
• Foster an environment of caring, compassion, and respect for all patients, families, and visitors

You must hold a valid RN license. This role requires you to work in a fast-paced emergency environment and maintain high standards of patient care and safety.
