Opportunity:

RN - Rehab

Job Details:

• 13-week contract with a guaranteed 48 hours per week
• 12-hour variable shifts with day shift hours of 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM and night shift hours of 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• Float to all inpatient units as needed
• Low census eligible in hour increments as needed, typically in 4-hour increments
• Primary location is the inpatient rehabilitation unit with 12 beds and patient ratios of 1:4 to 1:6 on PM shifts and 1:8 on nights
• Primary cases include stroke, trauma, debility, amputation, and cardiac
• 1 year of Medical Surgical Rehab experience preferred but not required; Medical/Surgical background accepted
• Experience in an inpatient hospital setting (STAC) required
• Rehab knowledge required
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Required certifications: Wisconsin RN license, AHA or ARC BLS
• Associate Degree or Certificate required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
