ICU - Intensive Care Unit

Opportunity:

RN - ICU

Job Details:

• Day shift position with 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Every other weekend commitment required
• No call requirements
• 2 years of ICU experience required
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS
• EKG test required
• Patient ratios of 1:1, 1:2, or 1:3 in a 30-bed Adult Intensive Care Unit
• Work with equipment including Alaris Pumps, Arctic Sun, Prismax, and EV 1000
• EMR system: Epic
• Must have comprehensive assessment skills and experience caring for septic and mechanically ventilated patients with hemodynamic monitoring devices
• Preferred experience with CRRT and Epic
• Care for patients with conditions including sepsis, respiratory failure, substance abuse disorders, endocrine disorders, and psych disorders
• Floating required to other inpatient areas when home unit is at low census
• Scrub color: Navy; hoodies and non-facility sweatshirts are not acceptable attire
