Med Surg RN Float Pool Job in Lebanon, NH

Join D-H Medical Center as an RN in our Med Surg Float Pool. You will work 3x12 night shifts with 36 hours guaranteed per week over an 89-day assignment starting September 14, 2026. This role offers you $2,184 weekly pay and the opportunity to expand your clinical skills across multiple care settings.

Role Responsibilities:

• Administer medications to residents across Skilled Nursing, Sub-Acute, and Dementia Units
• Assess resident health problems and develop nursing care plans
• Monitor resident progress and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Utilize the Point Click Care (PCC) EMR system for documentation
• Apply memory care techniques and protocols in dementia care
• Demonstrate competency with MDS (Minimum Data Set) assessments for long-term care
• Provide case management support and coordinate care across units
• Offer specialized support in PT, OT, substance use disorder services, and pain management

Required Qualifications:

• Active RN license with compact license eligibility
• Ability to work effectively in a medical office environment
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and task management skills

Preferred Skills:

• IV insertion and administration of IV medications
• Tube feeding management
• Light wound care and dressing changes

This float pool assignment allows you to build experience across diverse resident populations and clinical areas while maintaining schedule predictability. You will be part of a collaborative team supporting residents in long-term care, sub-acute recovery, and specialized dementia care.
