Telemetry RN Job in Easley, SC

Prisma Health Baptist Easley Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for their Med-Surg/Telemetry unit. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning November 16, 2026, offering a 3x12 night shift schedule at $1,972 per week.

Role Overview

You will care for an adult patient population with a patient ratio of 5:1 across all shifts. Your responsibilities include cardiac telemetry monitoring, interpretation of dysrhythmias, blood product administration, CVA management, surgical drain care, and remote telemetry monitoring. You will document in EPIC and manage medications through the Omnicell system.

Schedule & Staffing

The assignment runs 3 nights per week on a 12-hour shift. Weekend coverage is required every other weekend, with potential adjustments based on unit needs. Floating to other units or facilities within the health system may be necessary.

Requirements

• Current South Carolina RN license
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; first-time travelers will be reviewed based on experience
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Demonstrated experience with telemetry, ER holding, and cardiac telemetry preferred
• Minimum 1 year experience with EPIC documentation system

Clinical Support

You will have access to interdisciplinary resources including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and unit secretaries to support patient care coordination.

Skills & Experience

Preferred qualifications include experience in telemetry, ER holding, and cardiac telemetry, along with competence in blood product administration, cardiac telemetry monitoring, CVA management, dysrhythmia interpretation, surgical drain management, and total joint replacement care.
