RN - PCU Stepdown

Job Details:

• 13 to 16 week contract duration
• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care has been delegated
• Support facility nursing leadership to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Ensure competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care
• Accountable for maintaining high standards of clinical practice within the IMCU/PCU/Stepdown unit
