PT - Physical Therapist

Job Details:

• 13-week contract assignment
• Thursday through Sunday schedule, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• 10-hour shifts
• Weekend rotation required with 1-2 weekend days every 4 weeks
• Work across multiple settings including Inpatient Rehabilitation (IPR), Outpatient (OP), and Acute care
• 75% direct patient care per 8-hour shift productivity standard required
• Neuro background required including SCI, Brain Injury, and Stroke Rehabilitation
• Experience in multiple settings (Acute, IPR, and Outpatient) required
• Ability to transition between multiple programs on any given day preferred
• Understanding of IPR post-acute guidelines and utilization of CARE tool assessment preferred
• Follow schedule provided and coordinate with interdisciplinary team
• Must demonstrate ability to meet productivity standards and good time management
• Organized, team-oriented, and collaborative personality preferred
