Operating Room RN Job in Harlingen, TX

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a registered nurse for a 13-week contract assignment in the Operating Room at Valley Baptist MC in Harlingen, Texas. You will work day shifts, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, five days per week, earning $2,246.40 weekly.

In this role, you will provide direct clinical care to patients throughout their surgical procedures and recovery. Your responsibilities include:

• Assess patient needs and implement individualized nursing care plans on a per-shift basis
• Maintain a safe, sterile surgical environment and ensure compliance with facility protocols
• Supervise and delegate appropriate tasks to support staff, monitoring care quality and patient safety
• Ensure high-quality nursing care delivery aligned with clinical standards and best practices
• Manage resources effectively to support optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain clinical competency and support the professional development of your team
