Job Details:

• Work all aspects of the Operating Room as needed including Pre-Op, Circulating, and Post-Op
• On-call required 1-2 weeks per month
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in anticipating and planning patient care in the operating room
• Work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, surgical technicians, and other personnel to provide patient care
• Ensure supplies are available and cases run in a timely manner
• Communicate with patient families and update physician preference cards
• Scrub and assist physicians during surgical cases
• Supervise personnel delivering patient care
• Must have at least 2 years of experience along with prior travel experience
• No local candidates will be accepted
• Required certifications and licenses: Current TX or multistate RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS
