ICU RN Job in Casa Grande, AZ

You will work as a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit at Banner Casa Grande Medical Center, located at 1800 E Florence Blvd in Casa Grande, Arizona. This is an 89-day travel assignment beginning December 7, 2026, with a 3x12 night shift schedule. Your weekly pay is $2,412.

In this role, you will deliver direct patient care in an acute care ICU setting. Your responsibilities include:

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document comprehensive nursing care aligned with organizational policies and professional practice standards
• Perform thorough patient assessments covering physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, and cultural dimensions, including discharge planning
• Review patient history, diagnostics, and laboratory data; report abnormal results to physicians and appropriate care team members
• Formulate and implement individualized plans of care based on patient-specific and physician-directed medical needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to establish realistic, measurable patient goals
• Delegate and supervise activities of licensed nurses and healthcare personnel
• Evaluate patient and family responses to care and education; revise the plan of care as indicated
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and timely
• Provide care grounded in best available evidence and participate in shared leadership activities

Requirements:

• Current, valid RN license in Arizona
• BLS certification required
• Minimum one year of acute care hospital experience, with specialty area experience within the past 12 months
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification preferred
