Physical Therapist Job in Sacramento, CA

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Sacramento, California. You will provide direct physical therapy services to post-acute care patients at Bridgewood Post Acute, with potential float assignments to a second facility as needed.

Assignment Details:

• 13-week assignment
• 30 hours guaranteed per week
• Schedule options: Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday
• Start date: August 3, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,774

Your Role:

You will evaluate and treat patients in the rehabilitation and recovery phases of post-acute care. Your responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized therapy plans, monitoring patient progress, documenting outcomes, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team—including nursing, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and physician staff.

Work Environment:

You will work in a post-acute care setting serving patients transitioning from acute hospitalization. The facility provides structured rehabilitation programs where you will help patients regain mobility, strength, and functional independence.

What We're Looking For:

• Current Physical Therapist license in California
• Valid CPR/BLS certification
• Experience in post-acute or rehabilitation care preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work flexibly across two facility locations
