Mercy Home Health is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a 91-day travel assignment in the greater Sacramento County area. You will deliver patient care in home settings, working 8-hour day shifts, 5 days per week.

Role Details

• See 5–6 patients per day with 40 guaranteed hours per week
• Treat a range of diagnoses: cardio, pulmonary, orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric conditions
• Document care using the Cerner electronic health record system
• Cover the greater Sacramento County area for home health visits

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant certification
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Minimum 2 supervisory references from your modality of practice; 1 must be from within the last 12 months and 1 from within the last 3 years
• New graduates accepted in extreme cases only
