ED Registered Nurse Job in Longview, Texas

Join Longview Regional Medical Center as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department. This is a 91-day travel assignment starting November 2, 2026, offering consistent day-shift work with predictable scheduling and competitive compensation.

Position Details

• Work three 12-hour shifts per week, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• No on-call, floating, or block scheduling required
• Patient ratio of 4:1 (unless assigned to fast track or triage)
• 28-bed emergency department (24 beds plus 4 hall beds)
• No 48-hour guarantee
• Maximum of 3 shifts of requested time off allowed
• RTO blackout dates: weekend after Thanksgiving, Christmas week, and New Year's

Requirements

• Current RN license valid in the State of Texas
• 3+ years of emergency nursing experience
• Active ACLS, PALS, ENPC, and TNCC certifications (AHA or ARC)
• Standard emergency nursing skills
• Ultrasound IV experience preferred
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
