Telemetry RN Job in Glendale, AZ

Join Abrazo Arrowhead Campus as a Registered Nurse in our Telemetry unit. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning October 18, 2026, working three 12-hour night shifts per week at $1,783 weekly.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients each shift
• Supervise delegated staff to ensure appropriate patient care delivery
• Support facility nursing leadership in maintaining high-quality, safe nursing standards
• Monitor and ensure clinical staff competency and appropriate resource management related to patient care

• Shift: 3x12 nights (1900–0730)
• Duration: 91 days

• Location: Abrazo Arrowhead Campus, Glendale, Arizona
• Required scrub color: Navy Blue

Facility Information:

Our staffing office is located down the left hall of the main entrance. Parking is available in the facility's back lot and visitor parking garage for your convenience.
