PCU RN Job in Nashville, TN

You will work as a Registered Nurse on the Progressive Care Unit at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. This is a 91-day travel nursing assignment beginning October 19, 2026.

Position Overview

You will provide intermediate-level nursing care to patients who require closer monitoring than standard medical-surgical floors but do not yet need intensive care. Progressive Care Units serve patients with complex medical conditions in transition between general care and critical care settings. Your clinical skills and attention to detail will be essential to this patient population.

Your Responsibilities

• Monitor patients with complex medical conditions requiring observation beyond standard floor protocols
• Perform patient assessments and document findings according to facility standards
• Implement nursing interventions and record outcomes in patient records
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members
• Deliver comprehensive patient care that bridges intermediate and intensive care needs

Shift and Compensation

You will work three 12-hour night shifts weekly from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Your weekly pay is $1,898. The assignment runs for 91 days, giving you a defined end date and predictable commitment.
