Operating Room RN Job in New Braunfels, TX

You'll work as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room at Resolute Health Hospital in New Braunfels, Texas. This is a 12-week travel contract, running five 8-hour shifts per week on day schedule, 6:45 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients on a per-shift basis
• Supervise clinical staff and delegate appropriate care tasks
• Support facility nursing leadership to maintain high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care standards
• Monitor and ensure competency of clinical staff
• Manage resources effectively to support patient care delivery

You'll work within the facility's EMR system, Allscripts, to document and coordinate patient information and care activities.

This position offers you the opportunity to strengthen your operating room nursing skills in a structured 12-week assignment. You'll collaborate with an established surgical team and contribute to perioperative care in an acute care hospital setting.

Contract Details: 12 weeks, 5 shifts per week (days), start date September 1, 2026. Weekly pay is $2,231.
