ED Registered Nurse Job in Grand Ledge, MI

You will provide immediate, critical care to patients with acute injuries and illnesses in McLaren Grand Ledge's Emergency Department. This is a fast-paced, high-stress environment where your rapid assessment, triage, and stabilization skills are essential. You will administer treatments and assist physicians during interventions while maintaining composure under pressure.

Position Details:

• Schedule: 3 shifts of 12 hours, nights
• Duration: 91 days
• Start date: October 26, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,143
• Weekend shifts required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Location: Grand Ledge, MI

Requirements:

• Current Michigan nursing license with LARA and Nursys verification
• Minimum 2 years of RN Emergency Department experience
• Cerner electronic health record experience
• Active ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), and PALS (AHA) certifications
• Skills checklist completed within one year of application

Preferred Qualifications:

• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification
• ENPC (Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course) certification
