CT Technologist Job in Allentown, PA

LVH - Cedar Crest is seeking a CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment. You will work a weekend schedule—Saturday and Sunday, 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM—on 12-hour shifts with no on-call duties.

Role Responsibilities

• Operate GE 64 VCT/Lightspeed, GE 128 Revolution, and Med Rad/Ulrich Motion Injectors
• Perform 3D rendering, multiplanar reconstruction, and advanced imaging protocols including brain perfusion, vascular CTA, and trauma imaging
• Prepare and administer contrast media; perform venipuncture and peripheral IV insertion
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment and multitask across diverse patient populations
• Maintain PACS proficiency and adhere to radiation safety and isolation precautions

Requirements

• ARRT (CT) and BLS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of CT experience; first-time travelers with 1 year of experience are welcome
• Level 1 Trauma experience required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Ability to care for neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients
• Weekend patient ratio: 4

• Weekly pay: $1,900.80

You will work in a Level 1 Trauma center supporting diagnostic imaging across all age groups. This role demands clinical independence, strong multitasking skills, and expertise in advanced CT protocols and patient care.
