CT Technologist Job in Hanover, PA

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a CT Technologist for a 90-day travel assignment at Central - UPMC Hanover in Hanover, PA. You will work Monday through Friday on day shifts from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with optional once-weekly backup call coverage from 4:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

About the Role

You will independently perform computed tomography procedures using established scan protocols, including contrast administration. Your responsibilities include operating complex imaging equipment for acquisition, analysis, reconstruction, and documentation of image data. You will demonstrate proper venipuncture technique and power injector use according to departmental and manufacturer protocols, administer PO, rectal, and IV contrast per physician orders, and assess patients for potential risk factors prior to contrast media administration.

You will review patient history, assess physician orders, and apply specific departmental protocols for optimal data acquisition. You will ensure all exams are properly coded, tracked, networked for archiving and interpretation, and that charges are accurately entered. You will work in a hospital-based setting alongside other technologists and a tech assistant.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist
• Graduate of an ARRT-approved school of Radiologic Technology or completion of an accredited CNMT program
• CT registry must be acquired within 18 months of the date the primary registry was acquired or date of hire
• ARRT Certificate
• Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification (NMTC)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• PA Act 31, PA Act 33, PA Act 34, PA Act 73 compliance

Compensation and Schedule

You will work 5 days per week, 8 hours per day. Weekly pay is $3,212. The assignment begins August 31, 2026, for a 90-day duration.
