Physical Therapist

Opportunity:

PT - Outpatient

Job Details:

• Work 4 days per week with 10-hour shifts, weekdays only with no weekend requirements
• Position based at Willits Clinic located in Basalt, Colorado
• Evaluate patients and develop and implement appropriate treatment plans for a variety of diagnoses
• Focus on improving patients' strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and overall function
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs
• Treat a diverse patient population across multiple outpatient diagnoses
• Bachelor's degree in physical therapy required
• Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or compact for Colorado required
• Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required; 3-5 years preferred
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association required
• Traveler's permanent address must be at least 75 miles away from the facility
• Guaranteed hours do not apply on holidays for clinic workers
