Telemetry RN Job in Nampa, ID

St Lukes Nampa Medical Center is hiring a Registered Nurse for a 91-day travel assignment on a 24-bed telemetry unit. You'll work three 12-hour night shifts per week from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with weekend rotation as needed and no on-call requirements.

Role Details:

• Care for patients with heart failure, COPD, sepsis, atrial fibrillation, pneumonia, stroke, detoxification, and suicidal holds
• Maintain a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio on the unit
• Administer set-rate drips including Diltiazem, Heparin, Amiodarone, and Lidocaine without titration
• Monitor telemetry using SpaceLabs equipment and sign off rhythm strips
• Work with respiratory support including CPAP, BiPAP, and high-flow oxygen
• Collaborate with a team nursing model supported by charge nurse and on-site administrative supervisor 24/7
• Work with CNA support at a 1:8 ratio, scaling to up to 3 CNAs when the unit is at capacity

Requirements:

• Current RN license
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• BSN degree not required
• First-time travelers welcome

Unit Details:

• You may float to medical/surgical units locally and to Meridian or Boise telemetry units as needed
• 1–2 days of unit-specific orientation provided
• EPIC charting system
• Any clean, professional-colored scrubs acceptable
• Experienced travelers may work as team leads with reduced patient loads

Assignment: July 27, 2026 start date. Weekly pay: $2,203.20.
