Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• 12-hour day shifts every weekend (Friday through Sunday)
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 13-week contract
• Holiday rotation required
• Any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence
• Float requirements throughout facility within skillset and to all affiliated facilities within a 60-mile radius
• No on-call or callback requirements
• Work in a 20-bed critical access unit with IMU patients
• Patient ratio of 1:5-6, with every 1 in 3 patients being IMU level
• High volume of detox, stroke rule-outs, and respiratory cases; limited post-surgical cases (primarily pain control)
• Treats all age groups
• Must have experience with titratable drips - hard stop requirement
• Minimum 2+ years of Med/Surg experience and critical access experience required
• Previous travel experience strongly preferred with at least one completed contract required
• EPIC charting experience preferred within the last year
• Required certifications: WI RN or Compact License, AHA BLS, and AHA ACLS
• Associate Degree or Certificate required
• Scrub color requirement: Black
