• 30 hours guaranteed per week

• Weekly pay: $2,774

Schedule Options

You may choose between two schedule options to fit your preference:

• Sunday through Thursday
• Tuesday through Saturday

Your Responsibilities

As the Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients in the skilled nursing facility, designing and implementing individualized rehabilitation programs. You will conduct assessments, document patient progress, maintain comprehensive treatment plans according to facility standards, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support patient recovery and functional improvement.
