PCU - Progressive Care Unit

Opportunity:

Registered Nurse - PCU

Job Details:

• Work 36 or 48 hours per week with guaranteed hours of 40 hours per week
• Weekend rotation required
• No on-call requirements
• Patient ratios of 1:4-5
• Minimum of 1 year of experience required with IV start experience
• First-time travelers accepted
• Required certifications: ACLS and BLS
• Meditech charting experience required
• Skills required: Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias
• Must be willing to float to other units when short staffed
• No block scheduling greater than 3 or 4 consecutive shifts
• Any requests for time off must be approved and documented prior to start of assignment
• Expect to work some holidays
• Scrub color: Any color scrubs accepted
