CT Technologist Travel Job in Albany, NY

Albany Medical Center seeks a CT Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment. You will work three 12-hour day shifts per week—Saturday through Monday, 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM—with no on-call responsibilities.

Your Role

You will perform CT scan procedures and generate diagnostic images in a Level I Trauma and Academic Medical Center. Your patient population includes trauma cases, emergency room patients, outpatients, inpatients, research participants, and those undergoing specialized CT scan-guided procedures. You will assist in clinical evaluation and care delivery while supporting the facility's teaching mission as imaging technology continues to evolve.

Radiation Safety & Compliance

You will practice and enforce radiation safety measures in full accordance with New York State Department of Health code part 16, ensuring a safe environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications Required

• Graduate of an approved two-year AMA Radiologic Technology School
• New York State Registration in Diagnostic Radiography or limited permit to practice in New York State
• Registration by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
• Current BLS for Healthcare Provider, CPR, or CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer certification

Start date: October 5, 2026. Duration: 91 days. Weekly pay: $2,830. You will receive support from ADEX Healthcare Staffing throughout your assignment, including housing assistance and ongoing licensure compliance guidance.
