Operating Room RN Job in Mishawaka, IN

Saint Joseph Health System Mishawaka is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Operating Room. This is a 90-day travel assignment starting November 9, 2026.

Role Overview

You will support surgical procedures in a fast-paced OR environment, working as part of a skilled surgical team. Your responsibilities include patient preparation, instrument management, maintaining sterile fields, and coordinating with surgeons and anesthesia staff to ensure smooth case flow and optimal patient outcomes.

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Wednesday through Friday each week
• 2 to 4 days of weekday call required per month
• 1 holiday shift required per contract

Compensation

You will earn $2,187.90 per week.
