Operating Room RN Job in Fort Wayne, IN

Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a registered nurse for its Operating Room. This is a 13-week travel assignment running 4 ten-hour day shifts per week.

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with on-call requirements of 1–2 shifts per week from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• Pay: $2,422 weekly with guaranteed 72 bi-weekly hours
• Start date: November 16, 2026

Your Role: You will circulate surgical cases and manage all nursing care within the operating room. You will observe the surgical team from a broad perspective and assist in creating and maintaining a safe, comfortable environment for patients undergoing surgery.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Required experience at a Level 1 or 2 trauma center
• Required experience with da Vinci Robot, neuro-spine, and cranial procedures
• Current RN license, BLS, and ACLS certifications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Pediatric OR experience
• Orthopedic trauma case experience
• Cerner EMR experience

The hospital provides scrub colors. Cerner EMR experience is preferred but not required.
