Telemetry RN Job in Fort Mill, SC

You'll provide direct clinical care to patients on a telemetry unit at Fort Mill Hospital – Piedmont in Fort Mill, SC. This is a 12-week travel assignment working 3 nights per week on the 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. shift, with a weekly pay rate of $1,891.12.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients on each shift
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings for assigned patients
• Manage unit-level responsibilities and coordinate patient care
• Supervise delegated care delivered by staff
• Maintain high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care standards
• Evaluate and support competency of clinical staff
• Manage resources appropriately as they relate to patient care
