Med Surg RN Job in Atlanta, GA

Join Grady Memorial Hospital as a Registered Nurse on our dedicated Medical/Surgical unit. You will care for mixed medical and surgical patients in a 30-bed setting, working a 3x12 day shift schedule. This is an 88-week travel assignment beginning September 7, 2026.

Role Overview

You will provide direct patient care with a patient ratio of 5–6:1, managing a diverse patient population requiring both medical and surgical nursing expertise. Your responsibilities include assessment, treatment planning, medication administration, and coordination of care with the interdisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Current RN license
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Experience in a Level 1 trauma center or mid-to-large hospital setting
• BLS certification (required)
• ACLS certification (preferred)

Scheduling & Attendance

You will work three 12-hour day shifts per week. Request Time Off is not permitted during your assignment, so your commitment to scheduled shifts is essential. Punctuality and reliability are expected.
