PCU RN Job in Memphis, Tennessee

St. Francis Medical Center - Park is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Progressive Care Unit (PCU). This is a 91-day contract position offering the opportunity to provide direct patient care in a step-down environment.

Shift and Schedule

• Three 12-hour night shifts per week (1900–0730)
• Weekly pay: $2,073.60
• Start date: October 21, 2026

Role Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients each shift
• Supervise staff to whom care is appropriately delegated
• Support nursing leadership in delivering safe, high-quality patient care
• Ensure clinical staff competency and appropriate resource management
• Notify the house supervisor of any cancellations

Unit Details

Patient ratios vary by assignment: 1:7 or 1:8 on 5B Floor Neuro Telemetry, 1:4 on 5T Cardiac Step-Down, and 1:6 to 1:7 on 6T Post-Op.

Requirements

• Current RN license
• Scrubs: Ceil blue or white required
