What We're Looking For:

• Current RN licensure
• Strong critical care background and experience in an intensive care unit environment
• Open heart experience is preferred but not required; nurses without this background will receive appropriate assignments based on experience level
• Ability to remain calm and organized during high-acuity situations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
